My name is Leslie Reed and this is my 7th year teaching at Chapel Glen Elementary and my fifth teaching 1st grade. I have previously taught 6th grade and 2nd grade. I enjoy teaching first grade for so many reasons! I love watching the learning light bulb turn on for so many new things as well as teaching students the building blocks of reading! The growth from August to June is tremendous!
I have been married to my husband Clint for 7 years now and last April we had our first child Parker:
Outside of school I enjoy playing with my dog Zoe and my cat Lucy, going for walks, reading, camping, and shopping! I also love going to California to visit my mom and sister as well as spending time on the beach!
